02. User Directives
Mandatory Compliance
Identity and Authentication
Users are solely responsible for maintaining confidentiality of their cryptographic keys and access tokens. Inkognido assumes no liability for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.
Multi-factor authentication required for Developer Level 2+.
Sharing API keys is strictly prohibited and causes immediate ban.
02. Operational Rules
Conduct Standards
Users within Gaming and AI Nexus zones must honor the Code of Conduct.
03. Intellectual Property Rights
The Inkognido Engine generates assets dynamically. Understanding ownership is critical for developers and creators.
"You own what you build, but the bedrock belongs to the Platform."
3.1 User Generated Content (UGC): You retain ownership of assets created entirely by you; Inkognido holds a perpetual, non-exclusive license to host them.
3.2 AI-Generated Assets: Assets created with AI Nexus using Platform credits are co-owned, with commercial rights granted to the User under active subscription.
