This Operational Agreement Manifest serves as the primary directive governing all interactions within the Inkognido ecosystem, encompassing Gaming, AI Nexus, and Developer Tools. Accessing the Inkognido network constitutes immediate acceptance of these protocols.
AI Nexus
Refers to the collective machine learning algorithms and generative models accessible via the API.
The Grid
The decentralized compute layer utilized for rendering and processing user requests.
02. User Directives
Mandatory Compliance
Identity and Authentication
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their cryptographic keys and access tokens. Inkognido assumes no liability for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.
Multi-factor authentication required for Developer Level 2+.
Sharing of API keys is strictly prohibited and results in immediate ban.
03. Platform Protocols
System Operations
API Rate Limits
Standard tiers are capped at 5,000 requests per minute. High-velocity trading bots must register for enterprise clearance.

Ownership and Rights
By uploading content to the Platform, you grant Inkognido a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display and distribute such Content in any and all media or distribution methods.
Reserved Rights

05. Termination and Disputes
Final Clauses
Immediate Termination Clause
Inkognido reserves the right to terminate access without notice if a user is found to be exploiting the economy engine or attempting to reverse-engineer the Core AI Model.
All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the Rules of the Digital Governance Alliance (DGA).
